The item you notice upon first glance is important, especially if the one you notice first is different than the one you are drawn to or the one you’d pick up. The message of one you notice first is what you’re subconsciously working through but may not be completely aware of. The message of one you are drawn to is what you are working through and are seeking validation. The message of the one you’d pick up is what resonates with you and your frequency. The purpose of intuition workouts is to strengthen your trust that you always pick what you need.
1. Storm
If you chose storm, your message is a reminder that sometimes you cannot avoid conflict of difficult conversation that need to be had. Everything we experience has polarity and good comes from situations that rumble us internally too. Remember that nature thrives after the storm. The storm is important. Building up energies are often the only way to move the things out of your life that need clearing out. Trust the process.
2. Music
If you chose music, it’s a reminder that you can intentionally change your mood by raising your frequency. Cranky? annoyed? Frustrated? Tired of people doing dumb things? Crank up your favourite playlist or use a sound bath to realign your magnetic field and frequency. Music physically changes your frequency and boosts your mood quickly. Don’t stay moody too long, because it moves you out of harmony of abundance and puts distance between you and your desires. It also puts you in an alignment of things like lack. Also holding frequency where you feel emotionally triggered can cause situations to arise that snowball from there with more triggers. Besides, you are so much more liked and respected when you are happy and delightful!
3. Breath
If you chose breath, your message is about making space. Time/ space has changed in how we experience it. For some it’s going extremely fast and it’s hard to get everything done on time. For others it’s going fast but it feels like there is more of it. The reason there is a difference is because some have learned how to hold time and space with intention. They’ve come out of auto pilot mode and are getting grounded in this new perception of time by being intentional of what they are doing. Strategic even. You are in that transition of learning how to create space with intention. Breath work or simply taking a deep breath in and pause the exhale a couple seconds can naturally activate your ability to create space for yourself. This is how you can access deeper intuition, with more strategies in regard to your achievements.
